Travel logistics for Sequim
Closest airport
SEA (Seattle-Tacoma) is about 2.5 hours via the Edmonds–Kingston ferry, or 3 hours all-driving through Tacoma. CLM in Port Angeles handles small aircraft.
Rental cars
Book at SEA — on-peninsula inventory is thin in summer. A car is essential; there is no practical transit to trailheads.
Best arrival time
Aim to clear the Kingston ferry before 2pm or after 7pm on Fridays; midday summer sailings routinely run one to two boats behind.
Groceries
