Highway 101 is a long road. Cell service disappears past the Sol Duc. Storms take out power in Forks while Sequim sits in the rain shadow under blue sky. Managing rentals here is not the same as managing them in a city, and remote management companies learn that the expensive way.
We keep crews, supplies, and relationships positioned across all three towns. Our cleaners are our employees and neighbors. Our plumbers pick up the phone because we have used them for years. That proximity is the entire product: faster turnovers, fewer canceled stays, and problems solved before a guest ever writes a review.

2019
One cabin, one standard
ONP Vacation Rentals began with a single Olympic Peninsula cabin and a conviction that guests here deserved better than deferred maintenance and lockbox hospitality.
2021
From hosting to full management
Neighboring owners asked us to take over their homes. We built the housekeeping, maintenance, and accounting infrastructure to say yes without lowering the standard.
2023
Design and construction in-house
We started designing, furnishing, and building properties outright — including our rainforest tiny-home collection near Forks — controlling quality from framing to bed linens.
